You don't need a reason to be happy, nor a reason to be sad,
When you see others in joy, you may be jealous, or you may be glad,
Is that decision yours to be had?

It's said that happiness comes from within,
And though testimonial support is thin,
We all like it when the office chairs spin,
So maybe our lives are somewhat akin,
To the monkey's wish to see it's own grin.

I hold true that a smile held by glue is worth more for the view
Than the pain went through of having it adhered to you.
