In the dreaming temple.
On the rattan mat.
Seated in a lotus.
I call to you.

Do you really know me?
Can I say I know you?
Incense burning slowly,
You answer true.

In my river of consciousness,
On your rock, I will wreck.
Glowing lamp in the corner,
Illuminates bamboo.

Feel our love, it is flowing,
Cutting channels so deep.
More than once in a lifetime,
Continually renew.

Now my soul is expanding,
Spreading out to meet,
Now my centre is glowing,
You feel it too.
