Sing on Bird

The birds are singing
they think it's spring
and I sure hope they.re right.

The sun is out
the sky is blue
and we had a shower last night..
-
The earth's excited
and I'm delighted
for I love this kind of weather.
-
If I had my way
and it was for me to say
I would make it last forever.
-
I see some green
coming on the scene
where my garden grew last Spring.
-
And I can't wait
to participate
in what these pretty days can bring.
-
So sing on bird
I hope you've heard
good news from your creator.

That's made it clear
that Spring is here
and I don't haft to wait till later.
