The Resurrection: A Promise

The Almighty’s blessing,
His loving and merciful Jesus,
Was besieged
By great horror.

Foes would spew forth
A hateful and cruel villainy.

But Jesus would venture out -
And move sinners
With the highest aura.

There would emerge
From that woeful tomb
The Holiest Entity. 

An unrivaled spirit
Who bore the tragic duty
And gut-wrenching drama.
Rising to the vision
Of a glowing witness... 

And the structuring of souls
Based on Christ would exude
A burgeoning passion.

The joy and wonder
Of His glorious Home.
