The tangles of life
Spin us through
One circle after another.

Giving us different perspectives –
To view, contemplate,
To value or treasure,

Or discard, conceal,
Or bury – Somewhere,
Maybe deep in our heart?

Or are we stuck on high center,
Not willing to share, or reach out,
Because we’re trying to halt

This circle –
This circle that keeps us
Spinning around

With everything tangled,
And everyone tangled –
Up with us?

There’s no place of peace,
No peace anywhere.
