Iron Horse

I hear the roar
of the iron horse
calling to me
as it clacks by.

Of the iron horse
I know little,
except old pictures
and museums’ displays.

Calling to me;
The iron bars
And iron cages hold
Old smoke memories.

As it clacks by
in my mind,
I dream of
roaring iron horses.
