Gratitude

Gratitude in times of adversity,
Reveals the nobility of the soul.
A simple thank you is all it takes
To express appreciation to God.
In moments of stress and difficulties
Thankfulness increases hope and faith,
Urges us to look at the positive,
Decreases worry and helps us to survive.
Expressing thanks is a spiritual exercise!
