Mathew Chapter 3-Day 3
So in this Chapter, we have John the Baptist as one of the guest appearances.
We can still fuse the whole Idea-Mess-God's plan/Fulfilment theory in here.
So John is happily baptising and getting people to repent. From the saying of Prophet Isaiah which is stated, we get the Idea that John is preparing the way. I believe he's delighted with his work and it's going well.
But he suddenly realizes that he has baptized alot of Pharisees and Sadducees(the "Mess"). And he speaks his mind to them in the air.
He's not very happy, but there comes along Jesus. This is exciting! The Lord Himself has come. He's so excited and wants to make things right. Jesus teaches him how to.
Excitement can make you lose sight of what is right. You may be so excited, you'd think wrongly. But it's ok, Jesus is there to correct you.
