Wait- Tooth needs to be pulled? No way!
"Oh, gee. This tooth has been giving me so many problems that I had to stop eating my favorite meal. Please do something about it."

"Ahh, let me take a look here. Just open your mouth up wide..."

"Now, this tooth looks like it's in bad shape. Looks like the cavity has spread so much that you're going to need this tooth pulled."

"What? This tooth needs to be pulled? Now, I really love my wisdom teeth because it gives me more wisdom but never did I want to have a tooth pulled!"

"Now, let me rinse out your mouth and inject you so that your mouth will go numb. You'll feel a couple pokes as I do this. Sorry to hear that you've been in a lot of pain. This will do the trick and you'll be on your way."

"Oh, this is going to hurt a lot. I mean turtles when turtles lose their shell... Wait, that's what snails do- but you get the picture?"

"Turtles need their shells for survival. They can't live without it. However, you can live without this tooth like a snail. Only a new tooth won't appear in its place. You'll lose it for the rest of your life instead."

"Excuse me one moment, but I need to go to the bathroom real quick. Can you wait until after I use the bathroom before numbing my mouth? I don't look forward to this at all."

"Ready now?"

"Yes, I am ready. Just get this done and over with so I can be pain free once more."

"So, like I told you before- you will feel a couple pokes while I numb your mouth..."

"Ahh- hah."

"There, that wasn't so bad, was it?"

"Could have been a whole lot worse."

"Now, I'll make sure that that part of the mouth is clean. Tell me if you feel any kind of pain while I do this..."

"Now that your mouth is ready I'm going to use this to pull out your tooth. You should feel very well relieved once I pull out your tooth..."

"Ahhh- haaaa. This is so painful!"

"Got it! Now I'll take care of your tooth. Looks like there's some blood coming through so I'm going to use this..."

"Man, that was the worst time of my life. I hated it. Never again."

"I can't guarantee you that. But, yes, never again. Don't want to see you back here with another tooth to pull out."

"Now that's what I'm talking about. Are you done yet?"

"Finished. Now you're free to go! How are you feeling?"

"Much better- pulling out that tooth was definitely the solution in fact."

"Goodbye."
