Fall

Fall is that time of year,
as the first colors of
the leaves appear.

The days are much cooler and
the nights are
getting colder.

We adapt and gripe as we do;
But doing nothing would
be so foolish, as not too.

The great thing about fall is,
watching another one of nature’s beauty
transforming for the coming months.

Summer birds fly out, winter birds come to nest.
My short poem above is why I say,
Fall’s the best.
