Amaze God

A tear rolls down His cheek
As He views all His creation.
And if He were not God,
We might feel His trepidation.

Though He is nothing like us,
We are some like He.
To fulfill ourselves in life,
He died on the cross to set us free.

Now with this newfound liberty;
Freedom to accomplish much.
He wants us to excel and grow
And to better all that we touch.

According to the power that works in us
We are able to do the amazing.
It's time we used that power right,
To please Him, and maybe amaze Him.
