Curtailed Quantrelle Sonnet
(16 lines)

When Elsa realized she could,
The Amigurumi doll stood,
Away she ran to see more land,
For her dream was to roam.

She saw wonderous worldly things,
She reveled in what freedom brings,
The good, the bad, happy and sad,
She wandered peak to foam.

After many challenging years,
Long sleepless nights brought Elsa tears,
Her thoughts were low, but soon she'd glow,
Upon her return home.

With the light of grace upon her face,
Elsa the doll had found her place.

Curtailed Quantrelle Sonnet - Three stanzas (8886), aa(bb)c dd(ee)c ff(gg)c rhyme scheme, closing couplet (88).
