Mumblings
Of meaning
I’m here
Bleeding
This heart
Screaming
Seeking
What’s sought
Finding
What’s not
I’ll look
Forever
What else
How else
Is there
Can there
Life
A prison
Existing
A conviction
Doing time
All the while
Acting wise
Philosophically
Philosophical
A bullshit artist
Spilling his guts
Loosing each nut
Breaking down
Any and all machines
Seeing what’s inside
Asking all else
But his own dam self
How do they work
Why do they work
Two opposing views
Seen through
The same lens
The answer
Never does come
But I’ll keep asking
Truer is any master
Devoid of a canvas
Seeing images through
Every single word
Knowing each line
Inside and out
Within relevance
Without reverence
Unafraid to ask
Unwilling to be told
Acceptance
A fool’s charade
Dangerous the game
For those playing
And those being played
I can create
Without resistance
I can express everything
And nothing
Within each sentence
Because said meaning
Is nothing more
Than an illusion
A secret to be kept
An idea to be spent
Upon this page
And each before
Forevermore
What was said
Will have been bled
Lent to you
Spent by me
Simply expressed
In a complex way
Logical inferences
Causing feelings
Within all else
Many
Most
Afraid of me
For me
They seem
Terrified
Of themselves
Most accurate
Indeed
They won’t know
How could they
They are fools
Ignorant
Ignoramuses
Pompous
Postulating
Predisposed
Peckerheads
An underside
To be seen
By those not blind
A semblance
Of a deeper truth
Written
Expressed
Often meant
Find it you can
If you must
I’ll keep doing this
Because frankly I have
Nothing else…
