Feeling very conflicted over the death of my cat while enjoying the love of my family.
In life, there is always something that is either keeping you down or pushing you forward. Sometimes those force push at the exact same time.

This week, I am strongly experiencing both of those forces simultaneously. I call these moments --twixt and between.

Foxy Grey died. Awful. Terrible moment.

The week prior to that out of nowhere Tatiyana gave me the most beautiful bouquet of flowers.

The day of Foxy Grey's death, my son gave me the best little wine cooler in America.

On Friday, two of my grandchildren invited me to school with them for Grandparent's Day and then decided to spend the weekend.

Of course, you cannot have a couple of grandchildren stay at Grandmom's house, so over came three more, then two more, then all of the younger ones. House full of grandbabies --at least fourteen (14) of them.

Then came the day that Uncle Foxy died, and nine (9) of us went with him to the hospital, and we hugged and cried and said our goodbyes to "The Cat." When we returned home almost every Miles that lived in Maryland came over and we talked about our favorite memories of Foxy Grey. Grandson, Tim Alexander, and Granddaughter, Tatiyana Miles gave me more bouquets of flowers.

On Monday, I was given by my son a new toy to keep me busy and my mind off of Foxy -- a new Galaxy 8 plus. Wow, I needed/wanted a new phone, and it has kept me busy today. (If I missed your call, it's because I could not turn the 8 plus on this morning), but Tim Alexander figured it out after Nay Miles gave it her best shot.

The children call almost every single day, but since the death of Mr.(Uncle) Foxy Grey's death, the children have called, dropped by, and called again just to check in. Feeling the love and feeling the pain -- two major forces colliding inside.

Feeling strong today. Missing Foxy Grey. Loving my family so much there just aren't enough words to convey my feelings, so I am just going to say THANK YOU. All of you make my day today and every day. MUCH LOVE to the Miles Family!!!!

Peace and blessings to my heartstrings now and always.
