All she wanted was to be herself.
Stories float around my mind as if they are clouds,
But truly, thoughts are not allowed.
They are shut out by words and doors,
And only truly stop when they yell "Stop! No more!".

My fingers are still sticky from the guilt within,
With all the problems I dared to begin.
They did, and they never fail me,
I wanted everyone to see.

She wrote her heart on her sleeve,
Only to make others believe.
And maybe deep, deep down she knew,
It was for herself too.

But she kept asking "Is this All?".
And she knew it was her call.
She felt like a goose surrounded by ducks,
With every duck had known she was out of luck.

Sympathy grew in others eyes,
Even the ones who had called despise.
She was truly a painted picture,
She told others the scripture.

Her eyes smiling bright,
In the picture all night.
But on the inside it a structure with ceramic supports,
Just begging to break, breaking, crumbling with specs of quartz.

Ceramic plates smashed can be glued back together,
But it's the scars that never get better.
Is this All, All that she can have?
It was her heart she was told to halve.

And on her sleeve was her heart,
which eventually was messy art.
She was broken.
Words unspoken.

Lost in the words of the world.
Dizzy from a freshly turned twirl.
The oceans don't rise because she wants them to,
they don't rise because they're blue.

She knows her fate,
And everyone knows it's too late.
Her job is to exit,
How can she do it?

Many options were possible in her mind,
But she felt like she was being timed.
Every tick and tock of the clock was beating her down,
And her heart was her only sound.

And All she wanted was to live and believe,
that she didn't have to leave.
But she did, because she wore her heart on her sleeve.
She was decieved.

The ones she trusted most made her bleed,
physically, mentally, she was an embedded seed.
She tried to grow out of her shell,
but she had nobody to tell.

And in the end.
She knew her one friend.
But neither of them swam away from the boat.
And neither of kept eachother afloat.

All she said was Goodbye.
Never a simple Hi.

She striped her soul with dark, red stained skin.
From where her sorrow had begin.
