An encouraging poem to make this world a better place despite its issues. |
This Dream
Once I dreamt of a perfect world That was completely pearled. There was no domination Nor was there any oppression. The people were filled with love. Everyone had symbols of dove. No racism or gender inequality, 'Twas a world of fun and frivolity. But the real world is not free, Discrimination I always see. Religion often misunderstood, Women's rights misconstrued. The world's vision of ecstasy, It has a possible future destiny. However impossible it does seem, Together we can fulfill this dream. |
