Forbidden Fruit

She wonders if he thinks about her and he wonders the same. Both know the answer to the question without speaking. While it shouldn’t matter to either one of them because it is over it’s still hard to deny the strong feelings. They are like forbidden fruit to each other and their small world is controlled by another. Life was wonderful or so they both thought and never expected the end of “ it”. Life must continue but how is it possible to go forward with a smile without the thing that made them so
