A ShorT Poem on When Writers Block Comes By Unannounced.
You can write
Even in a fit of spite.
You can write,
In a beautiful bright light.
Or you can write,
A story with a dark knight.
But what could you write
When you have no delight
No idea what to incite
And nothing to state outright?

You have no idea tonight,
No idea what to write
You might as well go into a state of fright
And you feel like you will never be alright
Even if you get your ideas at midnight
Or even try to write with all your might
With writers block you will always be stuck having to rewrite
But it still does not come out right
Despite you best efforts and using websites
Even they don't help you write.

You feel so lost with nothing to write
With nothing to make you overexcite
You know your onsite
Of the horrible writer block every day and twilight
Not lost in thought, not up all night, and not having to overwrite
It is painful, worse then a scorn, and nothing is alight
Time is dragging, writing one word a hour, knowing you have nothing other then the night
No matter how much you fight.

Then out of nowhere, you get a spark of hope, a idea to write!
You have a way to take flight!
A way to cite,
A way you can hit writers block with smite!
You know it is your right,
To write.
You can finely feel as free as a kite!
You can see it behind the curtain, see the sunlight.

You can write, write, write, and write,
Without having to rewrite,
Or to not know what to incite
You can once again stay up till twilight
Letting yourself overwrite
And keep on hitting writers block with smite
Now, despite
Writers block best efforts, it can't stop you from a good long write
Not with a word or a big fright.
Once again you can excite,
Nothing stopping you from writing with incite
You feel the delight
That you can't fight?
That's because your hitting writers block with might and smite!
