A friend in pain

Here we go, another friend so close to me, yet again so far away. I see the way you hurt, the pain you feel every day. You know i wish i could take it all away. Your hurt by the ones who should help you, heal you and raise you. You’re hurt by the one you love, who should fight for any and every day. You know how i feel about all of them, those that shut you away, and cause you your pain. I don’t always know what to do, i try my best. But i’ll settle with being here with you every step of the way. Making sure you don’t falter in the worst ways. You truly are amazing, you have so much to give. Without you in my life i’d find it harder to live. You’re smart and beautiful, caring and kind, even if you show it in a different way. Any guy would be lucky to have you, they don’t deserve you no matter what they say. You deserve better than what most can offer, i hope you find that guy one day. You’re a redhead, you’re crazy, it’s your special kind of thing. When i make you laugh it brings joy to my heart. I hope we can continue to laugh together as the days run by. You need to remember, as hard as it may be, that you are truly amazing, one of a kind, and i’m quite lucky to have the privilege of being friends with you
