Suspecting her Boyfriend is cheating, the narrator gets a surprise in the end
“Tell me what’s really going on” I said as my boyfriend walked in the room. I was holding up a white piece of fluff that I had found on the floor. He looked at me sheepishly and said, “Oh, that’s just a piece of fluff that I must have drug in from work.” Um hum, who is she? I asked. “No one, and there is nothing going on. I just come over to help you out with the house after work and you accuse me of cheating? Really?” He turns and walks out of the house and gets in his truck. This wasn’t the only bit of evidence that I had found. One day I found a pair of white women’s gloves in his glove compartment. I kept quiet about all this until now, I just couldn’t take it anymore!
All that night I fumed about the thought he may be cheating on me, so in the wee hours of the morning, I formulated a plan. I was going to follow him to work. Crazy, I know, but I didn’t care I had to find out what was going on with him.
In the daylight, I slid under the tarp he had covering the back of his truck. A little while later I heard him climb into the front and the engine roared to life, and he started driving. I sat still as a stone until the truck came to a stop. I lifted the tarp and I saw my boyfriend he was surrounded by elves with green and red suits on. As I sat there he began to change he grew a long white beard and his elves brought him a red and white suit. He turned and looked at me, “Santa!” I said and my world grew black.
