pichu's amazing adventures (chapter 3)

In the last chapter: Pichu joined the guild. One day later his partner, Azure the pachirisu, joined the guild and so a new exploration team was created! Then, the next day, Caterpie rushed in the guild with terrible news about Butterfree! What happened?

<Start chapter 3>

Caterpie was shaking, because he was worried about Butterfree. Then he finally said Well...she was abducted! Both Pichu and Azure jumped slightly from the surprise, but Azure managed to recover from the shock and asked Did you know who took her? or where Butterfree are mostly abducted to? PIchu jumped in and added We can help you! Just like I helped you! Azure, at first completly taken into the rescue setting just now noticed that Pichu and Caterpie know each other and commented I just noticed it, but you two seem to know each other Caterpie was trying to think about an answer as hard as he could, but he said I..I don't know! Pichu now recovered from the shock and asked with a determined look on his face Come on! We WILL find Butterfree! And when we do, we'll make sure she will be ok! Caterpie was cheered up, knowing Pichu was the one helping him out yet again.

Then a pokemon from the guild was moving towards them. It was Chimecho. It said to Pichu Butterfree are usually abducted to the mountian "Mt. Ulex", which just happens to be outside the town. "Where from the town?" you might ask, well...just go to the right, and you're at the foot of the mountain. Pichu said Thanks Chimecho. We'll be off! Thanks for the info! And Caterpie, don't worry, we'll be back in no time! Azure added.

The team of Pichu went outside the guild building and rushed for the exit to the right, when Azure suddnely said Say Pichu, we need a team name... Pichu had no idea this was also part of an exploration team. He then said Really? Well..uh...what do you want our team name to be? Azure had to think for a while, then said Let's just go with pokefriends for now... Pichu nodded as agreement, as the two were finally ready to head out. But then... chimecho came in shouting Waaaaiiiit! Pokefriends stopped moving. chimecho caught up and explained In order for you to reach the top of the mountain, you HAVE to pass levels. Pichu became confused, as he asks Levels? Azure took her chance and explained Levels are like, floors or depths of something known as a dungeon. However...everytime we enter, it's different than the time before. Therefore, these "levels" are known as mystery dungeons! And we as an exploration team are able to enter those "mystery dungeons" Chimecho was surprised Azure somehow knew all about it, but just said Yup! A short silence fell. Them Chimecho added Just to let you know, Mt. Ulex is only 3 Levels, so I guess that's a great starting point for you! Oh...And that place is mainly inhabited by flying type-pokemon, not a big deal for you. Now, Go out there and rescue Butterfree! Both Pichu and Azure said thier thanks and waved thier paws to Chimecho, before heading out towards Mt. Ulex.

At the feet of the mountain Neither Pichu nor Azure show any sign of slight fear or bieng nervous, but rather determined. As such, they entered the mountain, and passed the first level smoothly. As they got to the second level, Azure got slightly nervous and said to Pichu Y..You know...I..I think we can do this...but..w...we need to be careful. Pichu was also slightly nervours, but he still managed to hold a determined look on his face and said I will...trust me.

As they travel around they seem to be meeting, and sadly, knocking out wild pokemon. The only thing is....they seemed to be...agressive? This caused Azure to wonder what happened to them. Pichu now also slighlty started to worry.

As they finally see the way to thier ending and reaching the top, They suddenly were ambushed by alot of pokemon! Pichu said Get ready! Azure replied Ready! As both of them began to charge themselves with electricity. The wild pokemon attacked, one after the other, but Pichu and Azure were doging all of the incoming attacks. Then. thier charges were done, and ready to unleash a thunderbolt. Pichu said On three! Azure nodded. Pichu begins to count One........Two.... The wild pokemon now attacked Pichu and Azure at once. Just then.. Pichu said Three! As soon as Pichu said it, both him and Azure discharged, knocking all of the wild pokeon out at once. Where they came from, neither of them knew.

After Azure and Pichu were checking around to make sure they were safe, Azure said What was all that about? We must be close to the top! Lets not think about that for now, we're here to rescue Butterfree! pointed Pichu out. Azure got back on track after this was told, as they head to the top of the mountian.

At the top of the mountain they see Butterfree. She seemed to be hurt. Pichu asked Are you ok? Butterfree reconised Pichu the moment she saw him and answered I am! But you better hurry-- Rescueing her! a voice interrupted. The voice caused Butterfree to become terrified. Azure shortly panicked and asked Who said that? A pokemon came flying down. Its wings were...made out of metal? The pokemon landed and said These bugs have been flying around near our land, and I'm tired to see them fly around there! They MUST need a spot for themselves! Pichu found this rather....wierd. Why would you abduct a pokemon, just because you think said pokemon doesn't belong there?

Azure asked the pokemon Who are you? The pokemon answered I am Skarmory! And like I said, this thing needs a spot for itself to fly everyday! Pichu then said Come on! Why would you do such a thing? You can just ask them to leave! and if they don't, why not try to-- Silence! Skarmory interrupted. The only way to convince me, is to defeat me! Both Pichu and Azure got ready, however, Skarmory was already closing in on them with great speed! Azure, bieng interested in exploring, saw this move coming and rolled away to her right in time. Pichu, however, rolled to his left a little to late, causing him to be knocked back a bit. Azure saw Pichu bieng knocked back from the attack, so she went over to Pichu and managed to help him back up before Skarmory was back in front of them mid-air.

Then, Skarmory began to falp his wings with great force, causing a whirlwind. Pichu was able to stand his ground, but Azure was blown to the egde of the mountain. She fell over the edge, but was able to place a paw on the edge of the mountain. Pichu! Help me! shouted Azure, as she tries to hold herself up using her paw. Pichu heard it and quickly dashed over to Azure. He as able to pull Azure back up, when just then Skarmory was charging in again. Pichu, who was taken by surprise, threw Azure on accident in the air. Azure was thinking for a moment on what she could do. Sure, she was scared she was thrown into the air, but this DID gave her an advantage; She could use an electric attack now to badly hurt Skarmory, or wait to land. Skarmory noticed Azure was thrown into the air and tries to hit her with his wing. Azure saw him coming in and dodged,

As Azure landed back on the ground, Pichu went over to her and said Sorry! I was taken by surprise and-- Don't be sorry! Azure interrupted. If you can, try to throw me in the air again! I've got an idea. Pichu was confused and asked Why should I throw you-- He was interrupted by Azure once again. She explained why she wants PIchu to throw her into the air. If you can throw me above him, I can hit him with ease!

Pichu knew he was unable to just throw Azure up there, but he *did* know another ay to get her in the air. Pichu slowly bends over, holding his paws out to Azure. She knew what Pichu meant, as she follows to hop onto Pichu's paws, as Pichu then throws Azure into air, nearly above Skarmory.

Have some of this! said Azure as he uses an electric attack. Like she planned, it hurts Skarmory badly, as he collapsed onto the floor. He was knocked out. Way to go! Pichu cheered. He said he would talk to us whenever we defeated him, so....we just have to wait here now said Azure. Pichu nodded, but soon asked And what about Butterfree? I....I'm fine now! Butterfree answered, knowing she's safe now.

A few minutes passed as Skarmory comes to. Wh..What happened..? said Skarmory. He shakes his head and he sees Pichu and Azure Wait! You two?! He said. Soon enough, he realised he lost from them as he says Wait...You were able to beat me....Well....Tell me what you wanted to tell me. Thank you said Pichu. Why can't you talk to Butterfree as to why thier kind can't fly here not even around the area? Skarmory sighed, then answered What I meant to say was that it is dagerous for them to fly here. You see, our kind is rather....aggresive. Hence I was so pissed off and would only listen should you defeat me, which you did. See it... As a misunderstanding? Azure completed. Yes said Skarmory. Great, then I'll just make sure I won't be here or around the area anymore! Said Butterfree. But uhh...can you let me go now? Yes. Answered Skarmory. I actually hace one favor to ask. Think you can get it in the pokétown-news? Pichu answered instantly Sure!
I mean, we don't want to let this happen again now do we? Skarmory replied Thanks. Now, go bring back this bug. Butterfree recovered just enough to fly a little bit of the ground, as she flew over to pichu and Azure. Thank you for rscueing me! Butterfree said with a smile on her face.

The three of them went outside of Mt. Ulex and began thier way back to town. withtin a manner of seconds, they were back in town. And of course, Caterpie was waiting for thier return. As he spotted Butterfree, his eyes slightly teared up. Butterfree slowly flew over towards Caterpie to make sure he was calmed down from the sudden event that took place. Don't worry Caterpie, I'm safe now! said Butterfree. We were lucky to meet these pokemon! Thanks! said Pichu. It was no problem! said Azure. Anything for a friend of mine! Everyone was laughing. Then BUtterfree asked How can we ever repay you? Pichu answered No need to repay us. Seeing that you're happy is enough for me. Bringing a family back toghether is alays enough as a reward for me! answered Azure.

Pichu takes a quick glance at the air and sees it's nearly dusk. He says Well, it was one crazy day! Butterfree, you should try to recover some more. And Azure, we'd beter head back to the guild. I was thinking the same. said Butterfree. Right behind you, partner! replied Azure, as everyone took thier paths, either back home, or to the guild.

As Pichu and Azure arrive back at the guild they were all tired out from that rescue mission, so they went to thier room. As they begin to lay on thier beds, someone knocked on the door of thier room. It was Raichu, the guildmaster. Pichu? Azure? can I come in? He asked.
Pichu was too tired to speak, so he nodded. Azure said Sure. come on in. Raichu opens the door and says I've heard about your rescue mission. And I heard it was a great success! Please, don't mention it, you're making me blush! said Azure. Do you perhaps know someone that works for the pokétown-news? she then asked. Raichu smiled and answered Yes, I in fact do know someone! let me guess, you want me to tell that pokemon to put something in the news? Azure just nodded. What do you want him to type in the news? That other pokemon should try to stay away from Mt. Ulex, as this place is inhabited by agrresive pokemon. answered Azure. Very well. I wil tell him right away! said Raichu. Now..Just get some rest. He added as he closed the door. They both fell asleep.

The next day started like any other; Pichu and Azure said thier goodmorning to each other, went to the daily meeting, and then decided to look at the same board they looked at yesterday to see if some pokemon need help. But as they look on the board, There's almost nothing!
Azure sighs and says Well Pichu, Looks like today is a silent one. Maybe there's something for us to see in pokétown. Pichu nodded with excitement. They head outside the building of the guild and into pokétown.

Once arrived, Azure spotted some pokemon looking at them with a wondering look. (Why are they looking at us like that? Did we do something wrong?) She thought for herslef. Then the pokemon who were looking at Pichu and Azure said one after the other Great job on rescueing that Butterfree! You are the best! Now we know a little mor about where we can and can't go! Both Pichu and Azure jst smiled, knowing what they did was good. And they enjoyed it too.

However...to everything that's fun, it will come to and end. Not before long a familiar voice called out to them. Pichu!! Azure!! Where are you?! No mistaking it, it's Raichu! (Finally...he's calling me by my name.) thought Azure. Raichu as looking for a few second, but spotted the ones he was looking for. He said I'm glad I found you! I want to tell you something. When I as checking everything in the guild, including mail for the guild, I recieved a message asking for help! And the first two pokemon I could think of were you! Allright! Who needs our help? asked Azure.
