The Burning Tomb

It all took place within the hall of dead.
The woman laid upon the altars bed.
Then overhead a shiny knife would sore.
Their chanting bellowed down the corridor,
Incites a scene of violence and gore.
The blood ran out the wounds upon her head,
collected inside jars while freshly bled.
They drank it like the darkest book had said.
With starving outside waiting to be fed.
It always ends up that it is my chore,
to take the bodies; throw them from the door.
The masses yelling, Shouting, screaming, "MORE!"
I look back, see my footprints smearing red.
It's what I saw that took away my breath.
There's hitting, kicking, punching in the room.
The lifeless body, quickly they consume.
Upon their faces blood and stain of death.
My thought; "Avenge that girl who's name was Beth,
and child that grew deep down inside her womb."
I burned those creatures in their bloody tomb.
Then turned to teachings handed down by Seth.
