The Final Stand

I see now

There is no turning back.

Any other options were closed off long ago

And there is no one to blame but myself.

Even if I change my mind

This is the path I must walk.

I know many will suffer

And more will die

But I can't stop now.

No, my bad karma is already stacked up too high.

If I will descend into the world of demons, then I shall do so with pride.

Yes, this is the only way.

Come legions, come armies, come hell and high water

Never stop!

I will take all of you on with my own blade, alongside those who still have loyalty to me.

I will die in this final battle, this last stand

But I don't give a damn anymore.

Any fear I once had has long-since left my tattered soul.

It's just like I had said all those years ago

I will achieve this ambition of mine, even if it kills me.

So, let the second option open up to me.

I embrace it.

Let the doors of death swing wide to me.
