Max's POV

When I left the house I went straight to the woods. I have always felt at peace near nature I just never understood it but it's my safe haven (literally me). I usually have a little hide out in the trees but today I wanted to be out in the open. I love it out here I just sit and listen to the things around me.

I decided to head home when I saw the wolves run pass me but one stopped in front of me.

"Hey there little guy."

He just looked at me like if he moved I would run but he didn't scare me. We stayed looking at each other for a bit before he went back to his pack and I went home.
