Pieces of Life

Now, as I approach the winter years
of my life, I ponder back upon all
the memories gone by.

Good memories, bad memories, and
those in between. All having an impact
on decisions that were made.

Life changes on a day to day basis.
What you believe today, may change
when the sun rises tomorrow.

Little pieces of life drifting through
the Universe, each delivering to
the mind a new idea, new perspective.

Saying goodbye or saying hello until
there is no more.
And finally, time stands still.
