That feeling when people keep telling the same old story about your mistakes for years.
Here it goes again, Here it goes again,
Same old story told,
Always talking to, but never with
"Why are you just like that?"
Always looking through, but never at
"Why are you just like that?"
I don't want this. I just don't want this.
Please stop doing that.
Please stop doing that.

You keep drowning,
You keep drowning,
You just keep drowning me out.
It keeps trickling,
It keeps trickling,
It just keeps trickling down.

Bit by bit by bit,
Bit by bit by bit,
Trickling, trickling down.

Can't do a thing,
Can't do a thing,
All I can't do is shout.

One day I'll be what I'm not supposed to be
Same old story told.
Sometimes pulling in, often pushing out
"Why are you just like that?"
Always giving in, always taking out
"Why are you just like that?"
Please stop doing that.
Please stop doing that.

You keep talking,
You keep talking,
You keep talking me down.
It keeps pouring,
It keeps pouring,
It just keeps pouring out.

Damned when I do, Damned when I don't,
Same old story told.
Every step I take, and every step I make
Why is it always wrong?
Every breathe I take, and every breath I make
Why is it always wrong?

You keep asking,
You keep asking,
"What have you become?"
Look in the mirror,
Look in the mirror,
What have I become?

Please Stop doing that, Stop saying that.
Same old story told.
Please let me go, please let me out.
Same old story told.
Please stop forcing that, stop saying that.
Same old story told.
