After you have it all taken away time and again all you have left is your one truth. Enjoy

Screaming
Pleading
Damn it all
Speaking
To myself
Inward
The confessions
Outward
Such regression
My very existence
A transgression
Always
At least to me
It seems bad
And often
It’s unmanageable
These wounded hands
Tremble in fear
This stone heart
Often sinking
Deeper into itself
Barely can I feel
But what I do
Hurts like hell
Nothing else
In life is close
These eyes
This mind
Intertwined
My very soul
Departed
Leaving town
Long before now
Not taken
But rather
Raped away
Pulled
From my bones
Torn
From my all
Leaving me
And my existence
Pointless
At least
That was the intention
Stratospheric
The resonance
All will hear
All will know
These words
Not mine
Belonging to them
A lesson of sorts
A meaning
Of what not to do
Or have done
Both Willfully
And begrudgingly
Often sitting here
Writing each line
Long since
Living them inside
Begging for help
In my own twisted way
Silent to those close
Noisy to all others
Of such disturbances
I am accurately accused
Hear me
Is what I’m saying
Understand me
Is what I’m praying
A need to be heard
My truest affliction
Stratospheric
The resonance
Seemingly pointless
Has become in a way
Everything I’ve lost
And all that I have left…
