My take on Alice's world...
I look down through the looking glass
My gaze in search of the White Rabbit
The world below is misshapen
Twisted and distorted through the glass
I can see Alice
Her innocence pure and strong
She is clear and unharmed
But the Red Queen has set her gaze
Her beady eyes black holes
Her anger radiating off of her
In waves of dis-satisfaction.
Before her the knights and pawns
Await to make their moves
To carry out her grizzly orders
Mindless to her ways.
Alice must win
To save herself
To get away
To return back up through the rabbit hole
To return to all that is
Considered normal.
