My thoughts on discrimination, oppression, and our judicial system.
Lets talk about life for a minute.
Or lives if you will, since theres two ways to live it.
See some get to live, while others are just living.
Only hope theyre ever given is some government assistance, while
the one's who get to live, dont acknowledge their existence.
Its sickening, the way humanity lacks humanity.
Self absorbed people living life through vanity.
What would you do if you couldn't get a job, you couldn't feed yourself,
and you cared too much to rob?
The addicts on your block just bought the D boys new wheels.
That's the first person you seen with money, so you wanna be like them.
So you figure if you get this substance, that their so determined to use.
They gonna spend that money regardless, might as well be coming
to you.
You're finally able to pay the bills, get you some nice things.
Well damn, vanity after all. I guess after all WE'RE ALL VAIN.
In that situation, to you it would seem your prayers are answered
So the profession of a drug dealer, is a cure that spreads like a cancer.
Fueled by the epidemic of drug abuse.
That's a bi=racial opponent to whom we continue to lose.
Our broken system, fights it with incarceration.
Punishment, for living and trying to overcome limitations.
A drug dealer gets sentenced to more time than a rapist.
Now tell me how that's justice, this is why we feel its JUST US.
I stand united with a nation, of proud people tired of oppression
and discrimination.
Standing in empathy, compassion and understanding. Obtained from
living a life with similar frustrations.
