This is what I think about my home town.
Newcastle.

This is my home, Newcastle Upon Tyne.
This is where I belong.
I love my city, for this is my home.
I wish I could say I am a Geordie.
But sadly I am not.
For I was born in Southend-On-Sea, Essex.
But I was 3 months old when I came down to Whitley Bay.
Can't I say I am half Geordie?
Or at least an adopted one?
For I am honoured to call Newcastle home.
And I love this city as much as any other Geordie does.
I support my team as much as any other fan does.
I love walking across the Tyne Bridge.
For I love the view of my city, my home.
Yes I love Newcastle Upon Tyne very much.
For this is where I belong, this is my home.
