Darkened Fields

Running for your life isn't very fun, especially if the people your running from want you dead. A row of houses came into view, good I can lose them, I made a sharp right and sprinted into the closest abandoned house. I ran upstairs and hid in an old and very dusty closet, I breathed through my nose to reduce the amount of sound coming from me. Footsteps could be heard down stairs, there were at least five of them, a couple ventured up the stairs. The door to the room I was in creaked open slowly and just at the wrong moment dust got into my nose and "Choo", I sneezed. I was dead, done for, the closet door swung open and I kicked the man in the shin making him fall over whining in pain. I found an open window and jumped out of it, I ran more and I ran quicker this time, it took all of my energy and I eventually reached a cliff. The men were catching up and I had no where to go, the cliff was really steep too.


Okay I know the people who have read this think it is totally awesome but when I first wrote this I thought it was rubbish so I have another version, better version, of the story in progress so watch out for exactly the same title description and not the same content. And finally thank you to all those who reviewed my work even though it was just a test, they have helped me to understand more on how I should really change my writing for the better.
