-Sometime Anytime- by Keaton Foster Sometime Anytime Ready Steady No fear Not queer Just me Simple It be That’s it Nothing Something Between I survive We all do Yes you There So gay All day I’m jealous Slightly Over zealous Fighting Not needed Loving Superseded We You and I Us Can get along Simply We must This world Is in fact Small Said distance In relation To perspective Is minute Existing That’s it All day Every night The good fight What is life That is living Sometime Anytime Dire The proceeding May sound But the truth As I see it Need not be Embellished But rather Instead Pontificated This circus Is run by clowns I’m not laughing Are you They are stupid Not funny Ignoramuses Trying Dare I say Failing To convert us Make us Like them When them Is what we You and me Us Are least of all God That being Far beyond Said reason Up there In the ether Our connection All that we know All that is sure Fitting under His thumb To see Is to believe But to see Requires An exit And a secret Forever kept Ah heck I’m not ready Not even close How about you Please answer At you leisure Sometime Anytime Just an idea A way of being A thought And its process Dissected Taken apart For sport For enjoyment How I tick What I do My survival My denial What do you do There so clear What’s your thing The crux What does suck But without it You’d be incomplete A miserable heap Probably Upon your knees Begging To something Someone Can I have it back Sometime Anytime An idea That I’m fond of A concept I’m stuck with There is Nothing else Good And or bad Present occupardo It’s all I’ve got… Sometime Anytime Written by Keaton Foster Copyright © 2015. |
