Dark writing of a dark mind. Published in a poetry book in 2011.
Sitting in the dark corner
Looking back on all the heart felt times
Laughs
Smiles.
My heart starts shaking, and breaking.
Shattering to a thousand pieces...
I search the dark floor not seeing any to find... Im lost.
Till you come and pick them up...

Near to break,
Near to shatter
You sitting there with the hammer
In hand while you smile away unhurt...

My head hurts.
My heart aches.
My stomach in knotted ties.
What is going on. What is happening?
My head knows.
My heart shows.
My stomach says both are lying.
My soul says whats it matter... When will it all get better?
Does he even care?

As the pain spreads the tears drop.
I fall to the ground clutching my broken heart as my vision grows dark.
I see you standing before me in the split second I loose sight.
Reaching for you with one hand my hearing starts to fade hearing a faint "I love you" From your soft silky lips as it all goes away.

Will you take the blood stained knife I used to slit my wrists with
and treasure it as the last thing I touched forever?
