So today is saturday and I was suppose to be relaxing but I walked about 30-40 min and ate a subway sandwich the same as yesterday with the orange juice.. So readers i guess when you really like doing something it just happens naturally.... I was walking and i didnt even realize i was doing it.. so i dont know how many calories i burned i didnt use the app today but if i had to take a guess about 100....Tune in monday i promise sunday i will relax all day lol.. :)
