Ok so today is october the 3rd and I am now on day two of my work out first I started off by doing 10 situps and then did 10 squats then got up and did 10 more situps and 10 more squats :) . Then I did my 30 min which lead in me doing a 36 min walk I walked 4413 steps and burned 104 calories this morning. I havent eaten anything but drunk a glass of water, since I cheated yesterday in ate McDonalds so I punished my self by not eating in the morning, I started my walk at 8:00am and finished at 9:10am.
