Drunk Mom and Dad

3 days of snooze

And surely you will lose

All that you have from a few bottles of booze.



I do not like drunk dad

I do not like drunk mom

I think it would be rad

If dad were a dad

And mom was a mom.

Instead of knowing I came

From a drunken night at the prom.



As I learn to crawl

I move through your staggers and falls.

To you my pre-school days

Are a continued haze.

You being sober I can only thank

Your occasional visits to the drunk tank
