-High When You’re Low-

Toxic
Caustic
Bombastic
High
When you’re low
You don’t know
You can’t remember
Wicked is your game
Always numbing the pain
Such comfort
Cost you everything
Of course
You don’t care
How could you ever
But I do
I’ve watched on in horror
As you’ve destroyed your life
Not a single part or person
Has been left unscathed
They have all suffered
Right along with you
And your addictions
You have stolen
You have outright lied
Damn near killed
All for the next fix
Chasing the dragon
To you is all the exist
You care nothing
Of all that you’ve missed
You continue on
Down a path of destruction
Heading towards death
High
When you’re low
I just don’t know
How can you be
The same person
Once seen
The same person
All of us once believed
It is certainly a shame
What you have become
Leaves us all wondering
What could have we done…
