Life's Road

The journey we take in life is long and ever winding,
there are many forks that we come to on this road.
Some days may be easier than others,
but we find adventures and experiences to take hold.

Many a mile we have made,
so much seen, so much felt, but still so much to know.
It is the excitement of tomorrow,
that let us know we still have many miles to go.

We still have many miles to go until we are through.
There is so many things still left to do.
So much undone, so much unsaid, still a lot to learn....
things I thought I once knew.

But... I have many miles to go until I am through.
