Dark Cloud

This dark cloud has come
how quickly it has arrived
stormy, dark, and frightening
will forever change our lives

With warnings and clues
buried deep inside
always angry and dark
creating a hard rough ride

Bringing much damage
failing to prepare
harm has devastated us
with much grief and despair

Now the future uncertain
unsure of our fate
with no way to predict
time makes us wait
