A quick flow poem about facing God above after a life of doing what must be done. |
- Made You Evil- by Keaton Foster Bestowed Your roll The devil Not any God The darkness Your king All light Your weakness You refuse Screaming I won’t see Blind I’ll be To the world The one Going on All around me You fight Waging your wars There are no winners Just plenty of victims Few die But many live With the knowledge lent They are changed Different creatures Of both form and function I of course Could relate But I won’t Made you evil What exactly I don’t know Was it choice Was it on purpose Was in input From others Quite stronger Monsters of men Capable of many things Did you suffer Was it in another time Or was it as recent As the last darkest night How’d you survive Will you tell me Or will you lie Screaming innocents Is such an easy thing Truly I did nothing Hypocritical nuances Played by a master Mortals understand Fools, one and alike But my friend God does not Made you evil From the get Hate within your chest Hate inside your mind Living Every place inside Its won’t die Until of course You die Life for you What a long ride Forgiveness What’s that So much you won’t ask Impossible it seems Reality is real Truth is true Everything else Is a shaded lie One that you Are telling yourself And everyone else You must face your past You must escape your future Both Inexplicably linked Two sides Of the same everything Made you evil What exactly I won’t pretend to know Do the same God above The master of the sun And the light In all this darkness Knows Understands Not you Nor any of them Fellow humans He will be the only one When that time comes God will hold out his hand Pointed right at you In absolute judgment… Made You Evil Written by Keaton Foster Copyright © 2014. |
