Everyone knows the reindeer did it: how can you fault them for going insane? With the cold, the load, and sound of the whip. The elves themselves must bear part of the blame; the sled was too heavy for eight reindeer how can you fault them for going insane? They did their best to overcome the fear of the cold, the whip and unbalanced load; the sled was too heavy for eight reindeer. So Dasher and Comet the teams pace slowed, they were tired and needed a rest because of the cold, the whip and unbalanced load; Instead of balancing the load, Santa Clause yelled and cracked his whip at them even though they were tired and needed a rest because they rebelled and stomped him into the snow. Everyone knows the reindeer did it, when Santa yelled and cracked his whip even though they feared the cold, load, and sound of the whip. Form: Terzanelle consist of 5 three line stanzas and 1 four line stanza. The middle line of first stanza becomes the last line of the next stanza this continues until the last stanza. In the last stanza the first line of the first stanza become the second line, the middle line of the proceeding stanza becomes the third line, and the last line of the first stanza becomes the last line. |
