Old cars look good, and they do work!

This car looks brilliant, ready for any ride,
You're even feeling like, others are left behind,
and it is not of course scientific fact because,
however proud I am, this is for museum,
age changes fast as time moves forward.

Abandoned this fashion, introduced flat design,
cut down the price, car is in every house.
The colour is green, yellow or pink,
results are dark, no matter how
much you would want it to shine bright.

Having a look inside, leaves me kind of surprised -
clearly not digital, looks like a weight meter,
honestly big as hell, right next to driving wheel,
this thing shows my speed so, better be careful,
buttons are everywhere, visually explained.

It's kind of easy to imagine a real soul,
the lights are going out, they are so close to life,
with its silver framing it looks so expensive,
and yet in its time, two decades after war,
this Morris Mini, it was so normal!
