My Winning Sidewalk Poem

    This past spring gave me another item to check off on My Bucket List.  I was one of five winners in a yearly Sidewalk Poetry contest in St. Paul, Minnesota.  My entry, along with those of the other four winners, is now being published … er, imprinted a number of times into freshly poured concrete as Public Works workers repair sidewalks around the city.  This is the sixth year of an ongoing art project sponsored by Public Art Saint Paul.  Visit our city and read our sidewalks!
