We all have good days and bad days. We've all been in frustrating situations. Some are worse than others and we make some worse by not being able to accept that there's nothing we can do to change it or help. We often become irrational or depressed. We can really do only one of two things in the end, give up or keep fighting it. Which ever one you choose, there are different paths to go down from there. If you give up, you can either get depressed about it, or accept it for what it is and what it isn't.
