Introduction

There are four stages In life for the modern world now and they further divided into two groups namely
(1) The learning level
(2) The performing/working level

The learning level is made of three of the four stages namely in the ascending order below.
(1) The primary
(2) The secondary
(3) The higher institution

These are always the three stages; one must pass through before one can become an excellent personnel or a successful progressful person or dutied person at the working level if ones attribute that will be discussed below are well proportioned in oneself.

Performing level; has only the office/duty stage/out of school stage .



Firstly, one must posses this three characteristis in right proportion at each stage of his life as expantiated below .but only one of this three attribute must be prominent at particular stage of human life while the other two 2 characteristic shall be made less active by one’s self though are still in you .
Secondly believe God through his son LORD JESUS CHRIST for HIS divine help .Commit your way unto God and it shall be established [ your ''way'' literally means your right application of the three attribute.

STAGES of life ATTRIBUTE
(01) The primary school Socialization + JESUS secondary
(02) High school Brilliancy + JESUS
(03) Higher institution Intelligence (smartness + Brilliancy + JESUS )
(04) Out of School socialization 40% Diligence 60%+ JESUS

Appendix
01) Socialization : Most prominent at primary stage though brilliancy and smartness are less prominent,(that is, learning to live and communicate happily and friendly with people)

02) Brilliancy : Academic seriousness must be prominent at secondary stage.

03) Intelligent: Means brilliancy and smartness must be highly prominent at higher

institution stage.

04) Concentration : Ability to withstand unfavorable condtion without being discouraged and focusing on one’s Goal and ambition to archive maximum success.

05) Dilligency : Brillancy + Intelligency +Concentration.

Conclusion:
Note it’s never to late even though this characteristics are not well proportioned in you at your present life stage.
