This is a short poem describing the fall season and looking forward to it's holidays.

What a beautiful sight to behold!
Leaves of colorful reds, orange, yellow and gold.

When the sun shines upon the trees;
Their colors are brilliant as they sway in the breeze.

The leaves are slowly twirling and failing to the ground.
When walking through them, it makes a crisp, rustling sound.

Autumn also brings on Holiday anticipations;
With all types of pumpkins with variations.

Like Jack-O-Lanterns with their faces carved out,
Their lighted faces flickering about.

Perhaps it's pumpkins beautifully displayed;
Or yummy pumpkin pies, store bought or homemade!

Soon after Halloween, it's Thanksgiving Day.
This is a warm wonderful Holiday.

With delicious great smelling holiday dinners that we attend;
Enjoying very special time with family and friends.

Gathering with loved ones brings so much pleasure;
Following traditions, old or new, and making fond memories...

Now that's True Autumn Treasures
