The Moth

Deep within a drop of mystique,
passion dances with desire,
enchanted with a touch,
and hypnotized by the fire.

The ritual consumes,
thoughts become unclear,
the burning loses sight,
she knows the time is near.
 
A stake for even closer,
undeterred by the pain,
she screams to her temptation,
forbidden to make a claim.
 
Desire's thirst for recognition
captures her intention.
The flame jumps;
the spark confirms;
she cries for her redemption.
