This story follows the life of seven 13 year old's through Middle school
BEEP BEEP BEEP

The alarm clock rang in my ears. Crap, time to get up. Remembering that it was the first day of school, I sighed.
"Come on, Sammie, time for school. Do you want some oatmeal?" My mom asked me, walking into my room.
"Sure." I stared up at her.
"Listen, I know that you really don't want to go to school, but c'mon. It's your job."
I'd heard that "It's your job" shpeal a hundred times. That really didn't change my attitude towards this whole "school" concept.
But whatevs, at least I get to see my friends!
Oh wait.

What friends.

I guess I could call myself the "weird" girl. I'm short and twig-skinny. I wear glasses. I guess I'm a bonafied dork. I'm usually quiet. And nobody really understands me.
I'm part of the newspaper team, which is full of 4-eyed dorks like me, and even they don't want to be my friend. I usually sit in the corner of the room, looking at all of the pictures I have taken. I'm one of the photographers, and I'd like to say I'm the best. Trust me, If you saw these other photographers photos, you would agree with me.
But anyways, photography is my passion. I take any chance I can get to take pictures. School, parties, games, stuff like that. I love it. I have one of those $1000 cameras that take uber-good pics. My brother got it for me right before he died.

After breakfast, I went into the bathroom to to my usual school morning routine.
"Sammie! Come ON!" My little sis banged on the bathroom door. I was unusually late, maybe because it was the first day of school.
"Hold on, please!" I screamed. As I walked out, I punched her in the arm.
"OWWIE!" Sara yelped. She walked into the bathroom, but not before shooting me a tear-filled glance. Oh grow up, your 8 years old already.

As I walked downstairs, my mother called me.
"Make sure you have your bookbag!"
"Mom" I said, walking past her while slinging my backpack onto my shoulders. "For the last time its a-"
"It's a backpack, I know." She fired back, cutting me off.
I picked up my camera case and said goodbye. Sara had another half- hour, because her school didn't start until 8:30.

Walking to the bus, I wondered who I would meet today. Anyone that would be my friend? Probably not. I walked onto the bus. Walking to the back, everybody stared. "Hey look, the dork is back this year." They were thinking. I passed by Cece Daniels, and her beau Tommy Sinclair. As far as I know they have been together since 1st grade. Thats almost 6 years of dating. She's such a slut. and she's only in 7th grade.

But anyways, I take a seat in the back. Let another school year begin.
