Zoo Do


So tell me, young Tommy,
just what did you do,
when you and your mommy
went out to the zoo?

We walked all around
and saw lots of cool things
like dens underground
and monkeys on swings.

The birds were real nice
and the peacock was neat;
the penguins had ice
to keep cool in the heat.

Did you see the big cats,
and a hippo or two,
in big habitats
when you went to the zoo?

The cats were all taking
a nap in their caves,
but the hippos were making
a bunch of big waves!

I really had fun
on my day at the zoo.
