I will always love you...
I have decided I will always love you;
Decided on no other way.
Like the rising moon must pull the tide,
Or the sun does bring the day.

I'm sorry that I couldn't heal you;
I'm sorry for the hurt and pain.
But like fire burning off the filth,
Only pure things will remain.

Please know that I think of you;
My memories you do invade;
And though I will learn to love another,
You are the first my heart contains.
